The partners – Laura and Mark Hontas, each bring more than 18 years of hospitality/hotel experience to the firm. The extensive hotel background we carry sets us apart as meeting planners. Knowing hotels’ approximate profit levels and margins for negotiation, what type of business they value and their windows of opportunity, knowing how their various departments and systems operate and who to call when you need to accomplish something- these are just a few of the skills we can utilize to our advantage.

We are customer-focused, available to clients when they need us, 24/7. It is with pride that we can say that 99% of our business is referral based. Pinnacle Event Solutions has been planning exceptional events since 2002, we have operating experience in the US and abroad. Pinnacle Event Solutions has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries, including major companies in the food, technology, entertainment, and veterinary pharmaceutical industries, overseeing groups from 10 to 3,000 people.
